Legal Address

For the registration of a representative office or a subsidiary you need to have a legal address, the principal office.

Often you may not yet have found your offices at the moment of the company registration or your landlord does not want to sign a leasing-contract without the confirmation of the registration of your representation or subsidiary.

We can offer you to use our address as the legal address for the company foundation. We inform you about all of the incoming communication from the authorities. For the legal address we will charge you 2.000€ plus VAT annually. Additionally we will charge you a one-time fee of 500€ plus VAT for the installation.
